What is LENS?
LENS, or Low Energy Neurofeedback System, is a non-invasive form of neurotechnology that utilizes real-time brain waves to address neurological and physiological challenges.
It operates by recording electrical signals from the body and using these signals to modulate a feedback signal. This feedback mechanism, in turn, influences brainwave patterns and promotes self-regulation.
LENS is a safe and gentle approach, suitable for individuals across various age groups, from infants to the elderly.
What Can LENS Treat?
LENS has shown to be helpful with a wide array of conditions, including cognitive issues like anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, sleep disorders, OCD, personality disorders, seizures, fibromyalgia, migraines, addiction, chronic fatigue, motor function difficulties like clumsiness, motivation, and those seeking performance optimization.
Benefits of LENS
LENS offers several potential benefits. It is a non-invasive and drug-free approach, making it a safe alternative or complementary therapy to traditional treatments.
Many individuals report experiencing positive changes relatively quickly, sometimes even within the first session. These changes can be lasting and may include improvements in mood, sleep, focus, and overall functioning.
Moreover, LENS aims to enhance self-regulation, enabling individuals to better manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.

FAQ
-
LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) is a specialized type of neurofeedback that uses very gentle electrical signals to help the brain reorganize and regulate itself. This process helps improve brain functioning naturally, without medication or invasive treatments.
-
LENS has been shown to help individuals who experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep disorders, migraines and other headaches, and symptoms related to trauma, concussions, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and other central nervous system related issues.
-
During a session, you’ll sit comfortably with your eyes closed while small sensors are placed on your scalp to measure your brainwaves. The LENS device delivers a tiny, imperceptible signal back to your brain. Each session is brief, usually lasting only a few minutes, and requires no active participation from you.
-
Yes, LENS neurofeedback is extremely safe and has been widely used without significant side effects. A small number of people might experience mild fatigue or temporary intensification of symptoms immediately following treatment, but these typically resolve within a day or two.
-
The number of sessions needed varies depending on the individual and the severity of their symptoms. Many people notice improvements within 3–6 sessions. However, more lasting results generally require between 10–20 sessions, and individuals with long-term, complex issues might benefit from additional session.
